Our sustainability commitments
We believe caring for dogs goes hand in hand with caring for the planet. Here's what we're doing — and what we're working toward.
Our pouches
Each supplement ships in a re-sealable stand-up pouch designed to keep the powder fresh to the last scoop — unnecessary secondary packaging adds weight and cost for no real benefit. We're actively working with our supplier on recycled and mono-material pouch formats that can go into kerbside recycling, and we'll update this page the moment we can.
What's inside (and what isn't)
Every ingredient earns its place on the back of the pouch. No artificial colours, no artificial flavourings, no unnecessary fillers. We use grass-fed British and European sources where we can — the beef collagen in our Collagen supplement is from grass-fed cattle, and our probiotic and prebiotic strains are human-grade materials rather than agricultural by-product.
Made in Great Britain
All three supplements are blended and packed in the UK at an FSA-registered facility (manufacturer registration GB 226 0636). Keeping manufacturing close to home means shorter supply chains, fewer air-miles, and a much easier conversation about quality and traceability than if we were importing finished goods from the other side of the world.
Shipping & dispatch
Orders are dispatched from the UK in right-sized recycled cardboard mailers — no bubble wrap, no plastic peanuts, nothing we wouldn't want to unbox ourselves. Royal Mail is our default carrier; their parcel network runs on scheduled routes that would be making the trip with or without our pouch on board, which we think is the right trade-off at this size.
Where we're still working
Honesty first: we're a small brand at the start of our journey, and there are things we don't have the scale to solve yet. Refill pouches, fully carbon-neutral shipping, and third-party B-Corp or equivalent certification are all on the list. If you have ideas, suppliers, or feedback — we'd love to hear from you.
