1. Agreement

By placing an order with Frankie & Paws, you agree to these terms. These terms are governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Product images are for illustration; actual products may vary slightly.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are subject to availability. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We will confirm your order by email. We may refuse orders at our discretion.

4. Delivery

See our Delivery Information page for delivery timeframes and costs. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns

See our Returns Policy for your 14-day cooling-off rights and refund procedures.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the order value. Nothing excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
