Frankie & Paws began with one dog — and a more considered way of caring for her.
Frankie lived with a sensitive stomach for years. What should have been simple — feeding her well — became anything but. Conventional approaches offered moments of relief, but nothing consistent. Over time, the focus shifted away from quick fixes, and towards something more intentional.
Her routine became simpler, centred around gut health and carefully chosen ingredients — each with a clear purpose. The changes were gradual, but meaningful. A steadier, more balanced way of supporting her wellbeing began to take shape.
After Frankie's passing in January 2025, what she left behind was more than memories — it was a different understanding of care. One rooted in attention, simplicity, and trust in what works.
Building on that experience, we began to explore how this approach could be extended beyond one dog. Working closely with experienced formulators, we developed a small, carefully considered collection — designed to be both gentle and effective, and held to the same standards as premium, human-grade wellness.
Frankie & Paws is, and always will be, grounded in that balance — emotional understanding, considered formulation, and a quiet kind of care that fits seamlessly into daily life.

How Frankie shaped the range
Biome Balance: Built from a gut-first approach to Frankie's care, this is where everything began. A carefully formulated, ingredient-led supplement designed to support digestive balance and everyday wellbeing.
Collagen: Inspired by years of adding bone-broth-style support into Frankie's routine, this single-ingredient formulation was developed to support joints, coat condition, and overall structural health — in a simple, easy-to-use, daily format.
True Calm: While Frankie was not an anxious dog, many of the dogs we see today are. This blend was created for those moments where support is needed — from travel to everyday separation — with a focus on calm, steady balance.
Founder
Devoted dog-mum to Frankie, and an all-round animal lover, Natalie's experience inspired her to launch Frankie & Paws — where she now leads the development of the business, working closely with suppliers and manufacturers, bringing each product from concept to production, whilst establishing brand ethos and identity.
Natalie has long been drawn to a food-first, ingredient-led approach to wellbeing — applying the same principles to Frankie's care as she does to her own health. Frankie & Paws grew from that mindset; a more considered way of supporting dogs, focused on simplicity, quality, and long-term balance.

With a natural eye for detail and a deeply creative approach, Alexis shapes how Frankie & Paws looks, feels, and communicates — bringing a considered, design-led perspective to every touchpoint, and creating a brand world that feels calm, elevated, and thoughtfully refined.
As part of the family behind Frankie & Paws, Alexis has a personal connection to the brand, alongside a genuine love for animals — especially cats. More on this in the future.
What we believe in
We believe in feeding dogs with intention. Our supplements are made up of key ingredients selected with care and science in mind; our aim is to support dogs' feelings and functions, from the gut to the joints to the nervous system.
Our approach is grounded in balance. Supplements should be easy to use, thoughtfully made, and designed to sit naturally alongside good food, daily routines, and — when needed — veterinary care. They are not a replacement, but a considered addition.
