We make a small, considered range of natural supplements for dogs — three powders that are sprinkled onto food or stirred into water. True Calm supports calm behaviour, Biome Balance supports digestion with our Penta-biotic® blend, and Collagen is a single-ingredient grass-fed beef bone broth for joints, coat and gut. Each is a complementary feed, not a medicine.

It depends on what you'd like to support. Choose True Calm if your dog is anxious, reactive, or struggles with fireworks, vet visits or separation. Choose Biome Balance if your dog has a sensitive stomach, loose stools, or you want everyday digestive and immune support. Choose Collagen if your dog is an older or active breed and you want to support joint mobility, coat condition and gut lining. They can be given alongside one another if more than one area needs support.

Yes. All three are formulated as daily complementary feeds and are safe for long-term, everyday use at the doses shown on the pouch and on each product page. True Calm is non-sedating, so your dog stays alert and responsive. Start with the dose for your dog's weight band and give it consistently for at least 2–4 weeks to see the full effect.

For True Calm, many owners notice a calmer demeanour within the first few days, with the full effect building over 2–3 weeks of consistent daily use. For acute stress triggers (fireworks, car journeys, vet visits), give it 30–60 minutes before the event. For Biome Balance, stool quality often improves within a week; the wider gut-health benefits build over 4–6 weeks. For Collagen, visible coat and mobility changes typically take 4–8 weeks of daily feeding.

Yes — the three supplements work on different systems and are designed to be safely combined. A common pairing is True Calm + Biome Balance for dogs whose anxiety shows up as a sensitive stomach, or Collagen + Biome Balance for older dogs who need joint and gut support together. If your dog is on medication or has a health condition, please check with your vet first.

Our supplements are designed for healthy adult dogs. If your dog is a young puppy, pregnant, nursing, or on medication, please speak to your vet before introducing any new supplement — we'd rather you had a quick conversation with a professional who knows your dog than take our word for it.

Biome Balance shouldn't be given at the same time as macrolide antibiotics (such as erythromycin or azithromycin) — this is noted on the pouch. If your dog is on any prescription medication, we recommend checking with your vet before adding any supplement to their routine.

We never test on animals. Our supplements are manufactured in the UK at an FSA-registered facility (manufacturer registration GB 226 0636), and the finished products are only ever tried by willing dogs who think of it as dinner.

All three are palatable powders and most dogs take them happily stirred into their usual food. For kibble, add a small splash of warm water to the bowl first so the powder sticks rather than settling at the bottom. For fussy eaters, try mixing the powder with a spoonful of plain yoghurt, wet food, or goat's milk as a starter before their main meal.

Each pouch is re-sealable. Store between 5°C and 25°C, out of direct sunlight, and don't freeze. Typical shelf life is 18 months unopened and 3 months once opened — check the best-before date printed on your pouch. Keep out of the reach of children and give the pouch a little squeeze of air out before re-sealing to keep the powder fresh.

It depends on your dog's weight. As a guide: True Calm (100g) lasts roughly 4 months for a small dog (up to 10kg), down to 1 month for very large dogs. Biome Balance (150g) lasts 2–3 months for a small dog. Collagen (150g) lasts about a month for a small dog. The full dosage and days-per-pouch breakdown is on each product page.

UK delivery is free on all orders during our launch period. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days, and most UK addresses receive their order 2–4 working days after that. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your pouch is on its way.

We're currently shipping across the United Kingdom. We're working on the Republic of Ireland and the rest of the EU — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when those open up.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return any unopened pouch for a full refund, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Absolutely. You can check out as a guest with just your email and shipping address. Creating an account is optional — it lets you see your order history and saves your details for next time, but we'll never make you sign up to buy.
